Pickup & Refund Policy
PICKUP POLICY
When you place your order, you will need to choose a pickup location (available locations & times listed below). Your pickup location will remain the same throughout the CSA, and a reminder text will be sent the day before. Bouquets not picked up will not be eligible for a refund. However, if you are not available for your pickup window, you can have someone else pick up for you.

REFUND POLICY
By purchasing a CSA share online, for yourself or someone else, your spot has been reserved in the respective flower CSA. There are no refunds for cancellation of flower CSAs once purchased. However, members may choose to find a different person to transfer their share to. Please contact us at wegrowjoy@woodpeckerhollowflowers.com to transfer your share.
