TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing a Woodpecker Hollow Flowers CSA/Subscription, either for yourself or as a gift, you agree to the following terms and conditions as the recipient:

I understand that Woodpecker Hollow Flowers reserves the right to change pick up dates of the flower CSA, based on external factors such as weather conditions and bloom times. I am aware that Woodpecker Hollow Flowers will email me with updates, and reminders, and send a text the day before pick up.

I am aware it is my responsibility to contact the farm if I am not receiving any email communication within two weeks of the expected start date. I understand I must use wegrowjoy@woodpeckerhollow.com or text 570-574-8943 for correspondence, in addition to checking spam/promotions tabs to avoid missed email communication.

FLOWER PICK UP

I understand that it is my responsibility to pick up the flower bouquets at my chosen location during the designated time frame that I signed up for. I understand that if I miss a pick up, I can have a friend pick it up for me (friends love being gifted flowers!), or I will forfeit my share for that week. I understand that Woodpecker Hollow Flowers and its associated pick up locations cannot accommodate pick ups outside of the designated pick up days and time frames I signed up for and agreed to.

REWARDS AND RISKS OF FARMING

I understand that as a member, I share both the rewards and the risks of farming. I understand that the rewards include incredibly fresh, gorgeous, high quality flowers, and the risks include poor harvests due to unfavorable weather or extreme pest pressure, or total loss of crops due to natural disasters. I understand that in the event of unfavorable weather conditions, natural disasters, extreme pest pressure, drought, floods or crop failure for any reason may result in a small or no-existent share of the season’s harvest. That being said, Woodpecker Hollow Flowers does all that they can do to ensure an abundant supply of gorgeous, sustainably grown flowers.

FLOWER CARE

I understand that flowers are a perishable product with a variable vase life of 3-6+ days. Woodpecker Hollow Flowers provides care instructions at the start of each CSA. I understand that all flowers were harvested in peak condition, and that all varieties have different vase life, dependent on care. Woodpecker Hollow Flowers will not be held responsible for poor vase life or flower quality due to improper flower care once the flowers are in your possession.

COMMUNICATION

By signing up for the CSA share, I agree to add wegrowjoy@woodpeckerhollowflowers.com to my email contacts. This is how Woodpecker Hollow Flower will communicate, as well as a text reminder the day before pick up. Woodpecker Hollow Flowers will not be responsible for emails going to your spam folder or promotions tabs. I will notify the farm immediately if I do not receive a receipt upon payment or flower share notifications with in 2 weeks of expected start date. I agree to forfeit any flowers not picked up due to missed email communications.
